"If we do not help the hospital, it can not exist," said Mayor of Sevlievo Ivan Ivanov during the public consultation to take municipal debt to stabilize the condition of the hospital, "Dr. poil Stojcho Christ," said Mirela Gancheva of local municipal poil administration.
