With the goal of making the Income Thermal - the program of incentives for the production of renewable heat - more accessible for consumers, the Ministry of Economic Development together with that of the Environment have launched a public consultation which will be available until 28 February fireplace surrounds 2015. Simplify and enhance the thermal Account: This is the purpose of the public consultation launched recently by MISE and gather opinions on a package of new measures proposed; the aim is also to facilitate the use of incentives, given that the 900 million euro per year allocated - 700 for individuals and businesses, and 200 for the government - so far they have only been used 50.
According Codes, only 5% of consumers has applied for the incentives provided by the Income Thermal, probably as a result of lack of clarity, lack of information and schedule complex.
The new measures fireplace surrounds that the Government intends to implement, illustrated in the public consultation, seek to simplify access to incentives fireplace surrounds referring basically to the Registrar and the procedures of completing the-question: "It is considered appropriate - reads the paper - proceed to 'elimination of registration Registrar for winter heating systems with heat pumps, electric or gas, and biomass boilers with heat output of over 500 kW. The Government also proposes new measures eligible for Income Thermal, such as improving energy efficiency on the systems of internal and external lighting of the buildings of the public administrations (incentive equal to 40% of expenditure), and increasing the eligibility threshold of the production facilities of thermal energy efficient hybrid systems (eg. heat pumps coupled with condensing boilers), from the current 1,000 kW to 2,000 kW for air conditioning systems fireplace surrounds with heat pump, electric or gas, and biomass boiler and from the current 1000 m2 to 2,500 m2 for solar thermal systems.
It 'also planned, the' increase incentives as follows: incentive of 50% for actions concerning the thermal insulation of opaque surfaces bounding the volume air-conditioned, made in climatic zones E and F; incentive of 55% for integrated interventions building plant manufactured in climatic zones E and F; incentive of 65% for energy improvements, or improvements fireplace surrounds to make the building a building "nearly zero energy".
Finally, note that consumers can save on spending power and natural gas in your home also activating a tariff free market: thanks to lower prices, a family with 2-3 children (annual consumption amounted to 6,300 kWh and 2,100 m3) can save about 330 EUR a total of electricity and gas.
