(Word to contribute your dive, quote) Mr.Phil trip, my friend (writer), Hawaii is a series of meetings, and he was a surprise bonus, which is meeting ended two days earlier than expected - he will have two days to go diving. Phil recreational diver with seven years "in the business", averaging about 20 calls a year diving. ecobee Phil shot four dives on the first day, a beautiful day. Back to the hotel, I relaxed by the pool and on the internet. Then he made a few cans of beer with his dinner, to reward yourself for a successful trip, and went to bed, tired but happy. The last day in Hawaii, Phil tired. That night he tried to get to sleep. The next morning woke up, he felt pain and numbness in the shoulder and elbow. Nearly 30 hours after a dive in the end, Phil on the plane, he was still feeling a little tired. Aircraft flying at an altitude of 5,000 meters above sea level. Back to home, four days later, Phil was tired. At first he thought he had a cold on the flight. After six days have passed since the onset of symptoms, Phil go see a doctor about diving and Hyperbaric Medicine. Phil complains pain in her shoulders, elbows and wrists; felt a dull pain in the chest; were tingling and numbness in his right arm. During examination, doctors found that Phil impaired short-term memory and reduced ability to concentrate. Phil initial emergency hyperbaric chamber at Navy, then referral line treatment. This case is an illustration of the mild symptoms related to "divers diseases" (*), can be easily confused with other illnesses and injuries. The symptoms of "divers diseases" usually begins within six hours after floating to the surface. After 24 hours of air travel since emerged last shot is usually safe, but sometimes symptoms may appear after a longer period of time. In Phil's case, the symptoms appeared before boarding. Reduce pressure on aircraft has increased the pressure difference in Phil's body, activated nitrogen foam (left over) in the bloodstream and trigger the symptoms of "divers diseases". Luckily Phil was resolved promptly and thoroughly. Phil has returned to diving but more cautious - he decided to increase the rest time between sets and shot before boarding. Smileys: Law is the law, you must follow even if you are at the bottom of the sea. (*) Please see "Glossary Lanbien" at the top right of this page.
