To say that I discovered presence is really wrong. airco At best, I rediscovered it. But more accur

A few years ago "discovered" I power of presence. The power of being fully here and now, aware of the moment and the ER. I discovered what presence airco means, the depths and nuances that are in attendance and how presence is the gateway to a good, harmonious and creative life. It was a life-changing airco discovery!
To say that I discovered presence is really wrong. airco At best, I rediscovered it. But more accurate to say is that I was aware of what presence means. All people experience to be present in various situations in the short or long moments. It was, of course, I also before I was aware. I could be completely present and absorbed in a task I performed, or walking in nature, and if everything "voted" also in a call - sometimes. But it was not deliberate. It came as a natural process that occurred in the fortunate moment.
For the most part my head was filled airco with thoughts and inner dialogues, my emotions ravaged with me and led me to a period far into depression destructive embrace, and intuition was something I thought I had. It affected my life in a way I did not like. There had to be more! Do you recognize any of this? If you do think you're in the same boat as most of us. It is perhaps time to go ashore? Time to rediscover airco life! It's time to come "home" ...
Let's start by looking at what may be the presence airco that awakened my awareness of presence was the writer and philosopher airco Eckhart Tolle on his book "The Power of Now" and "A New Earth". But it was just my input to this. There are so many more. Meditation, yoga, chai-chi, nature, prayer, etc. Everyone has to find his way, and all paths are equally good if it is good for you.
Whatever input you choose I think you will be able to recognize different aspects of presence. The different aspects I'm talking about is certainly not exhaustive airco of what presence can be, but I think they can help us to recognize the presence in everyday life. You know them surely amends from your own experiences.
Perceiving Presence This aspect of presence allows you to enjoy and enjoy what you experience around you. It is about being present with their physical senses, hearing all the sounds, smell the flowers, trees and water for example.
Outside airco my office runs Aker River with its magnificent airco waterfall at Mill. When I get going in the morning I stop (almost) always up at the waterfall where the water molecules are thrown into the air over a large area around the falls. When I am fully present in the moment and all my senses are sharpened so I can obviously hear the waterfall (it's hard to avoid), watch the water thrown against the rocks in the river, feel the spray that showers me lightly on the face, I could of course have tasted on the water if I wanted (but I do not) and I can actually smell the fresh fresh water thrown like small water molecules in the air. I love the smell of fresh water - straight from Maridalsvannet Oslo's drinking water. I love the smell of sea salt too, but it smelling fresh water in this way is a unique experience airco for me. Then I'm really present with all my senses - and I enjoy it.
Mental Presence This aspect of presence helps you to reduce stress and it increases the quality of what you do. It's about the thoughts that fill our minds, airco the inner dialogues we have with ourselves (often in a complaining tone) and our judgmental assessments of people and situations around us.
How often do you talk to yourself about something that has already passed and now the past? Or are you worried about something that lies in the future, or thinking about the next task you should do? Such thoughts take attention away from the moment and what we are doing right now. Reduced attention to the task leads to lower quality output. And it can lead to lower sense of empowerment and stress. airco A tip: Start to observe your mind. Notice how often your mind is somewhere airco else than right here and now. Take back control of your mind so do not mind controlling you. When you observe a thought, accept it for what it is, and drop it. Or let the sail of place as a cloud in the sky.
Emotional presence this aspect of presence gives you less emotional "disorder" and increases the quality of your communication and your relationships. It's about being aware of the feelings and emotional reactions that occur within us.
Thus recognizing the feeling behind the reaction you have, for example, in communication with another person. It is also about accepting feelings for what they are - indicators and useful information vehicle airco for our needs. Just as with the mind I can observe my own feelings, accept them and dropping airco them. It does not mean that there are fewer feelings o
