Yes, the Bolognese actually sounds carel really promising, and if you are lazy - or just stressed o

Open lasagna carel with bolognese, carel bechamel carel sauce, mushrooms, cream, mozzarella chips and almond pesto. Fungus. Mozarella. Mandel. Chicken liver. We thought it sounded like a lasagna. Some basic stuff have got to be there. As bechamel and bolognese, they play their usual roles so well. Mozarellan we have made a small biscuit off to keep it where good taste of breaded cheese. Liver and mushroom cream is good together. To get some fresh garlic, we made a pesto to. Everything is balanced in height, so it becomes their finest. 4 servings (as a starter) Bolognese 220 grams of veal 1 onion, finely chopped 3 tablespoons butter / olive oil Fry for 3 minutes in the frying pan. Pour in: 100 grams of finely chopped - not cut corners! - Chicken liver red chilli (to taste and needs) 1 cup white wine 2 cups broth (chicken) 1 large carrot, carel fine cubes 75 grams of bacon, chopped 2 tbsp tomato puree some scraping of nutmeg salt + pepper Boil for at least 40 minutes. Almond Pesto Scald and peel the 15 almonds. Roast in the oven. Hand Blender with 10 large basil leaves, salt, half the garlic, 1 tablespoon olive oil (about) Mozarella Chips Four thin slices mozzarella Add on Silpat, brush with oil. Grill for about 10 minutes at 250 degrees. They'll look like an almond. Mushroom Cream 150 g oyster mushrooms Fry in a few drops of oil and salt and a little pinch of dried thyme. Run with a hand blender until smooth. A dash of whipped cream and a teaspoon of olive oil. It becomes very much like mushroom cream - save and have on crostini tomorrow! Bechamel sauce 25 g butter 1.5 tablespoon (heaping) flour Some grate nutmeg Salt + pepper carel Approximately carel 1 cup milk - the sauce should be thick and squat, but not snotty paste Take out circles from fresh lasagne sheets (or make myself ...), boil in type 2 minutes. Let them drain on a paper towel for a few seconds. Ok! Now it happens! OMG! On the plate! You must have a challenger! 1. Place the pesto click. 2. Prime with a bechamel spot in the middle. 3. Newcomer! 4. Bolognese pasta + + + bolognese pasta 5. Bechamel + paste 6. Mushroom Cream in klutt + mozarellakex 7. Maybe a sweet basil leaves on top of it? One should probably not serve more than four people, assembly takes some time. We drank Errazuriz Cabernet Sauvignon Rosé (2003) to. It tasted alright. One can imagine a little more robust wine. A variant is understood to unwind bolognese, pasta plates and bechamel as usual, bechamel on top with the mozzarella slices on. Run finished carel in the oven. Serve with mushroom cream and almond pesto.
Yes, the Bolognese actually sounds carel really promising, and if you are lazy - or just stressed out - so it will surely be a nice dinner with just the little and good pasta. And one or two glasses of red. :) 8:48 PM Lidbom said ...
Yes, the organization requires some tweaking and it is perhaps unnecessary number of steps for a typical evening. But it will be so nice on the plate ... Tonight I make a version with more tomato puree and red wine instead. 9:02 pm Kinna said ...
